No, I do not believe in abortion. More than just religious reasons, I feel that it is murder. A lot of people want to justify abortion by saying it is just a fetus, and it is not a baby until they take their first breath. This is complete crap. There is not one species on this earth that starts off as one thing and ends up another. After all, when a woman is pregnant and miscarries do you say to them "Sorry about the loss of your fetus?" or "Sorry about the loss of your baby?" It is unfortunate that children lose their lives due to the faults of others; whether is be an "accidental" pregnancy where two people are negligent or a rape when one person is the victim and the other is a criminal. There are other options to abortion and I feel that people should explore them. For starters, get on birth control!! It is offered at FREE clinics across the United States. Birth control, condoms and other ways to prevent it from happening to begin with.

I hate it when people use the excuse "It's a woman's body she can do what she wants to it." Yeah, she can do anything she wants except take pre-cautions not to get pregnant and now someone has to die because she didn't feel like taking birth control? And in the long short of it, abortion is not just affecting the woman's body, what about the baby's? Life begins at conception, and a lot people don't realize it. I think when it comes down to it, the majority of the people ( those who have pregnancies not related to crimes ) just want to live their wreck-less lives and not worry about what the consequences may be.

Yes i do. However, I believe the older you get, the more wrong it becomes. Someone that is 25 with a good job should be able to support a baby. But, a 35 year old that is struggling just to get by may want to get an abortion. A drug addict or someone who's pregnancy is because of a rape would be OK. But a doctor that gets pregnant form an affair, not OK. No mater what the situation i believe it is the mothers choice. I just think some reasons are more justifiable. Especially in teens. It is so hard to raise a child when you are married and have a job. And as long as you learn your lesson it is OK. Women that have several abortions i think are disgusting. But it is their choice.

No. Every abortion kills an innocent human being. Killing innocent human beings is wrong. For more information, see:

I believe it should be legal if the moms life is in danger and that's it. I would never have one, if I had to choose if I live or my child live, my child would have to, no questions asked. I have lived my life. I think it wrong that people use it as birth control and that one day they will pay the price. It could be that they never can get pregnant again, or it could be much later. I had an u/s yesterday and I am almost 9 weeks with my third. I saw a heartbeat and saw my little baby moving. It is a baby, not cells and it is a living human being. I think it is not only sad, its sick that the only place that use to be safe for a baby is not its tomb. People in the world don't want to face up to responsibility and its horrible that women has this kinda choice. I know that those babies have a special place in heaven and have the love the should have and are much better off than with the one person that supposedly loved them, but killed them. Some maternal love going on in this world I tell ya what.

You know this question now really interests me.
I have always been a career person, I have travelled the world since a very young age, performing as a contortionist and dancer, I have always been very against myself having kids at a young age, so 4 weeks ago when I found out I was pregnant I freaked out, I had been taking medication for endometriosis called Primulot and supposedly couldn't get pregnant, well the doctor was wrong and it happend. When I went to my Gyno I said straight away I wanted an abortion, I was compltely obsessed with getting rid of it. He said I would first have to get blood tests to make sure it wasn't in my fallopian tube as he couldn't find it in the womb.
A week passed and the reslts came back, he said ok I am going to give you the script for the injection to abort the baby... I freaked out and begged him for another week to make my decision, over the week I spent time talking with my boyfriend abotu all the risks involved and also my chances of being able to have kids in the future because of my endometriosis problems, my partner was very excited and wanted to have the kid, so last week (5 weeks pregnant now) we made the decision to keep it.
Seeing the little bean sized bub on the ultrasound was amazing. as each day passes I become more in love with this tiny thing inside of me, and regret ever thinking of aborting it.

For me it has been a huge decision as I am working on my biggest contract ever overseas in a world star show, with my partner who is an acrobat in the show. Basically this has ruined my repuation as a professional artist, so it has been my worst decision as a performer, but the best life decision I have ever made. My boss screamed at me, made me feel like the most stupidest thing that ever lived, but in the end, it is between myself and my partner, we love each other and both want the baby growing inside me like nothing else in this world.

So what do I think?? I think in some cases abortion is ok, but if there is a way that you can keep the baby and make things work and you can offer the baby a stable life and parents, then keep it.. I have so many fears, but I am sure as each month passes things will unfold and become easier...

For some reasons. I don't not think abortion should be allowed as a means of birth control. If you get pregnant and don't want to baby, you should give it up for adoption. There are too many people that cannot have kids and would love the opportunity to adopt. Also, I think abortion is perfectly fine if a woman is raped and gets pregnant that way. I think it's ok if there is something very wrong with the baby, or if there are too many complications durning the pregnancy to go through with it. If the woman's life is at risk, she should be allowed to terminate the pregnancy. I don't think that it should be outlawed, however. Just because I would never have an abortion, it does not give me the right to dictate what other women can do with their lives or their bodies.

I believe abortion should be kept legal, safe, and available to all women. Abortions are necessary in some situations and need to be utilized. Women should not feel as though they are commiting a sin if they are getting an abortion to save their lives, if they were raped and simply cannot handle the physical and emotional demands of a pregnancy in addition to the physical and emotional trauma of rape or incest, or if they cannot support a child and became pregnant by mistake. No form of birth control other than abstinence is 100% effective, and though many women use birth control they do sometimes get pregnant anyhow. If they simply cannot afford the financial demand, the physical demand, or the emotional demand of pregnancy, childbirth, and raising that child (or even putting it up for adoption, they still have to manage a pregnancy and may not be able to for various reasons) they should be given the option of an abortion. They should be allowed to pursue an abortion without people throwing themselves in front of their cars, taking pictures of them as they enter or leave the facility, harass them, taunt them, kill their doctors, blow up the clinics where the abortions are performed, or otherwise try to prevent them from doing what they've decided to be the best decision. If abortion was not made available to women, as it sometimes is not, women would be forced to resort to alternative measures which can sometimes kill them, let alone the fetuses they are planning to abort. No woman deserves to have a coat hanger used as a medical tool on her.

both yes and no.
I would never personally, but I have seen so many mistreated and abused children that I have to think that there must be a better alternative. Maybe if people didn't think that because a woman gives birth to a child then it becomes her "property" adoption would be a much better thing. but when a couple can give up a child and return in five years and get custody back----there is just no way a family can be sure that is not going to happen to them.

yes, I believe a woman has a right to do whatever she wants to do with her own body. However, I don't believe a woman should use abortion as a means for birth control.

Abortion is a personal decision and noone should tell a woman otherwise. There should be no judgement on what a person wants to do with their own body

No I would not have an abortion. The main reason is that I believe that life start at concepts. I do believe before some one has a abortion they should know what they believe in. If you believe like me, you could feel guilty for the rest of your life. Some people believe that life start at birth. If you are thing about one, please try to know where you believe life start.
