How did the whole Trump vs. Rosie beef start and when?

It started when Rosie commented on the View about Trump and his news conference pertaining to Miss USA winner and underage hard partying. I can't really remember when the feud started but it is getting ridiculous.

When Donald Trump let Miss USA Tara Connor keep her title of Miss USA even after she did some unfavorable things such as partying and underage drinking.
