In many birth control pills (depending on the type, the last row are placebos so you stay in the habit of taking them daily and has no medicinal value otherwise. If you want to get pregnant you should stop using birth control pills now, and use some other form of birth control for at least one month. Then get pregnant. Birth control pills can cause early term abortions so you want the chemicals completely out of your system before you get pregnant.

No. Birth control is exactly that. It stops pregnancy.

The last row of your pills? I don't know which ones you are taking but those are usually the sugar pills that they include in the pack so that you remember to take a pill everyday.

No way even if they ARE BC pills could they ever cause multiple births or have anything to do with fertility.

no, and that doesn't even make any sense. first of all, why would any component of birth control pills INCREASE your fertility if it is a drug prescribed to PREVENT pregnancy? also, the last row of the pill is either iron pills or it is inert, meaning it is either basically a vitamin, or it is nothing. since a minuscule amount of iron would not impact your fertility, then it could not help you get pregnant. if i were you I would try something else
