...Thats just some of the noises my knees make when I try to bend them. Why do they do that? Do I have some sort of disease in the knees? Can I eat something that contains vitamins to stop them making those noises? Im only 15 and getting old already!

Although I am way older than you I've had teh same problem for many years. My doctor just told me that it's "normal". I suppose if you don't have any pain or inflamation it's nothing to worry about. mention it to your doctor the next time you go in.

My mom has that .

It's not necissarily that you're getting old .

I'd recommend taking lots of vitamin C .

avoid falling/crawling/bending your knees too much .

are you an active athlete? i have a disease called osgoodschlauters.. (sp?) i can't remember the spelling.. my knees are terrible.. i'm only 24.. sometimes i can barely walk after being active and resting.. then i get up walk so stiff legged..
