Happiness I believe is a state that exists within someone's mind, soul and or heart. It is the way that you perceive happiness weather you feel happiness. If one tells their mind that it is happy and even when life throws them crap, they still see the positives in life and do not allow these outside influences to affect their happiness then they remain happy, or at least this is my perception. All human beings are capable of happiness depending on how much they want to feel this in their minds, how strong their minds are, and if they CHOOSE to be happy. We are the ones who control our minds. We are the ones who make our choices. I refer to it as my soul. People can take anything and everything from me including my LIFE, but they cannot take my soul and the things that I believe inside it. I believe in happiness and if outside influences put me in a situation from which it is robbing my strength from my happiness, then I am the only one who can change the outside influences and regain my happiness. It all comes down to "us" as humans, the mind is a powerful, powerful tool and if you learn how to use it correctly you are possible of always being happy to the degree you allow yourself to be.

People think happiness is exhilaration.
Once the party is over it has gone.
I am going on a holiday I am happy the holiday has been and gone I need to look for something else.
Our body could not cope with being in a permanent state of exhilaration .
The tough times are our life's lesson it is here that we learn and grow.
Then we enjoy a period of happiness exhilaration where we appreciate whatever has come our way.
But a permanent state of happiness the peace which surpasses all understanding is God given.
It is an inner peace and contentment which does not leave when our world may be falling apart or wether it is in a time of prosperity.

Take care!

Yes we were meant to be happy. You know what bring that happiness being with the one that gave us life in the first place.Adam and Eve very happy people until the turned away from God,that meant disease, sorrow ,death. But you can still find that comfort because God never abandoned us since that time and is alwalys everywhere. He is wathcing you caring and hearing your cries. He sees the sad times and all he hopes is for you to finally let him take control.Accepting Jesus in Your heart believing he was God and that he came here just so that you can be forgiven for being away from God or sinning.Once you do find God youll get to see what true happiness and love is.Youll never be the same.Look up how to be saved search the word of God.Jesus is God dont let anyone tell you otherwise.

Happiness seems to be a totally human trait, considering animals live to survive and reproduce, whereas humans live to be happy and achieve what they want.
Happiness can not be define by one person, since happiness is entirely something different for one person to the next.
And are human beings meant to be happy, I truly and honestly don't know.
Good question though.

Happiness is when we can be right in the present moment - experiencing it fully without being attached to whether or not we can stay in that moment.

We tend to try to grasp happiness with a new car or jewelry or even by finding a perfect person as a friend or mate. We keep telling ourselves, "When I'm out of debt, I'll be happy" or "When I get married, I'll be happy" or ...

We can choose to be happy at any point but often we choose to worry about the past or what-if ourselves about the future or try to find happiness outside of ourselves.

Peace of mind. Yes I believe that humans are meant to be happy, in fact, I believe that all there is to be in life is happy. If we are happy then we are doing it right because our conscious will not let us be happy unless we are doing it right.

that's a good question. i don't believe of we are meant to sense free 24/7. human beings journey an complete spectrum of distinct thoughts. In historic circumstances, our ancestors mandatory thoughts like those to outlive, that's why we are formed the way we are precise this second. however i imagine countless those thoughts now forestall us from adapting to precise this second's much better secure, social, and hospitable environments. with information from default, I human beings have a tendency to be damaging of their recommendations, which breed a better unhappy mood. human beings have a tendency to highlight what's incorrect with themselves or the international round them. i'm not saying human beings not in any respect look on the precious fringe of issues, yet they often live on negatives. Happiness isn't only a twist of destiny. that's accessible to make your self chuffed, and regulate your different psychological states to boot. It has to do with the way you look on the international, and the belongings you're taking exhilaration in. It takes a great deal of psychological attempt to push aside the hazards of the international and concentrate on the precious. to respond to your question - No i dont imagine we are "meant" to sense free. i do not somewhat imagine we've a which skill in any respect. i imagine we may be able to sense however we favor to sense. the skill is in our hands to regulate our thoughts.

Happiness is from within.. all of us can feel this.. but it is not limited to particular events.. it flows from hour to hour.. even in illness..

Happiness isn't "meant" to be. or not meant to be.. we are all free to live it..

""Happiness is in fulfillness.....for some happiness is fulifillness.""

Humans r not meant to be or feel anything as they wish....as nothing is in their control directly.....instead individuals have to work on their respective thought process and learn to relish and find happiness at lifes simple pleasures ..!!!

Remember to relish and enjoy the music before your song is over...!!!
