If clicking on videoclips which are downloaded automatically and you later delete them from the directory or you delete files through dustbin is it possible to restore them and if yes how?

You can easily retrieve them.

I use Phoenix, google it or have a look at download.com

When you delete something your computer just unassociates the memory space and these programs reassociates them. Quite easy really

However it depends if you are truly asking about just retrieving files or actually losing them forever. That's something else.... To lose files or cover your tracks use something free like window washer (download.com) and shred the files

Look through the recycle bin. If you double-click on the file that you want to recover, it will dissappear from the list and be recovered. You can find the recovered fil where you saved it before it was lost.

If them item(s) are still in the recycling bin, just go in there and select and then right click on the item and restore it.

look for them in the recycleBin if they are not there go to google and look for recovering files program
you can find an illegal one at www.ddl2.com and its easy to use it expalnes it self when you install it.
