Most peoples top lip is darker than their bottom lip especially if you not White. I'm mixed and my top lip is darker than my bottom and I love it, I think I would look weird otherwise. Although if you have bucks a plenty there is skin bleaching if it bothers you that much, but you have to find a doc willing to do it also.

There's no cure; it's the way you are. There are makeup tricks to "correct" this problem.
Have two shades of lipstick that are close to the same color. One lighter, one darker. Put the lighter shade on your upper lip, and the darker on your bottom. Gently purse together, and that'll make the color look more even.

Sorry, there is no cure for this, it's a type of pigmentation disorder. There is nothing to worry about, no cancer, no bad disease that is contagious, etc... it's just that your upper lip recieved more pigmentation DNA that your bottom lip while you were forming in your mother's womb.

when ur boyfriend or husband kisss u then u say dont touch my upper lips just doo it on the bottom one. the after sometime they both will be same.

I say don't worry about it. It's part of what makes you unique. But if you are really unhappy, lipstick should help even it out.
