I am saying they are not on our doorstep. When was the last time you checked a world atlas? Chavez was democratically elected, probably more so than our current President. Isn't that what America is all about, bringing democracy to all countries, whether they want it or not?

Chavez was democratically elected. If we hadn't gotten involved in so many wars and coups in Latin America in the 70s and 80s, we wouldn't be so unpopular there today. Insanity is repeating the same actions and expecting different results.

Im sure were it possible it would happen. Bush and Co, probably have a plan in place to overthrow Chavez as speak. Our government doesnt like any popularl democratically elected President of any country, unless they do our bidding.
Oh and I DO buy gas at Citgo.
