whichever has the higher vapor pressure.

at equal molarity, i would suspect the salt water would evaporate faster. I think the sugar molecule, being an alcohol, would enhance hydrogen bonding and lower vapor pressure.

actually in both only the water evaporates and the salt/sugar will re-crystalize, speed depends on what the boiling point of each solution.
