Da Vinci Code - Tom Hanks was soooooo unconvincing! A love interest for Audrey Tatou????? He's too old, too fat, and too ugly for her! Whoever cast him should be shot.

Black Christmas. You would think the freakin movie was scary as all hell from the commercials and pretty good but nooooo! dat sh** was so dumb. it was weird and stupid as hell. The story line was just....grrr....so dumb. Just like the Grudge was horrible, Black Christmas was too. Lady in the Water was a creative one, but it was also overrated. M. Night Shamalyn comes up with nice plots, but some are just out of this world. I actually like that about him tho...

Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby;
people in my high school say it was a good movie but from what I hear it not that good.
I guess Pirates of the Caribean Dead Man's Chest also. It too overhyped because of Johnny Depp. They should make sequels to movies that actually need them!

Snakes on a Plane was way overrated, but that was the point, so calling it overrated does nothing but validate the movie

the pretiege. i probably wouldn't have minded the movie so much if it wasn't such a huge commercial success. not that i had any problems with the acting, but the story was so bad. the build up was so interesting and then the payoff was super stupid. tesla coils!?!?!?! i'm no scientist, but i can be smart enough to figure out that surging over 10,000 volts of electricity will not produce... (well i don't like the movie but i won't spoil it).
a shame too. i love chris nolan's batman and christian bale, michael caine, and hugh jackman are good actors that i respect... but dammit why did this movie have to be so stupid in the end?!?!?!
also... scarlet johanson's role in the film is so small they should have gotten a lesser known actress to play her character. she's gorgeous but her character is useless.

Babel. Brad Pitt over-emotes, the focus is so negative (the bane of many preachy, arty films), and the Japan episode is cliche. (Does Shibuya crossing need to be in every film about Japan?)
