I have a friend problem. I used to have this best, and when I say best I mean it, friend for at least 2 years. But then all of a sudden she's changed. She gets suspended a lot gets detention, smokes, she even cussed out the principal, etc. She always says she'll call me but she never does, and now she hangs with this one girl none stop, and only says hi to me in the hallways in school. What should I do, she personally didn't do anything to me, but she has just changed for the worst.

There isn't much you can do. Unfortunately when your a teenager you come across different types of people..some good...some not to good. It appears she ran into some of the not so good and felt she wanted to be around them. The bad thing is in order to be around them you have to start fitting in with them and then they don't want you hanging with anyone else who doesn't fit in with them.

Its not your fault and you are so smart to not get dragged down with her. All you can do is let her know you will be there if she ever falls. Good luck

Well. I may not have the best answer but i'll say that you should ask her what's going on, i mean what's suddenly happening to her. Ask her y she's doing all of this bad stuff she shouldn't do. If you knew that she was your best friend and you cared for her, you'll know the right think which is to talk to her and help her. Tell her that : We've been tightt for so long now, what's going on? You never used to smoke, or tick of the principal. If it is my fault Im sorry, we never chill anymore.

Tell her also that whatever it is as a friend, you will do anything to help. But don't let her make you do bad things

hope i helped !

There's not a whole lot you can do. Remember, it's not your responsibility to decide how she acts, regardless of whether you like it or not. But this sounds like a phase. I don't think she'll want to keep on being like this forever, it takes too much energy to sustain. Just wait it out. Like a true friend, accept her back if she realizes the error of her ways.
