If I want to make a movie and edit with Windows XP, what computer equipment do I need? Prices are helpful!

Usually you have windows movie maker, which is, of course, free of charge. It is very self-explantory, and it will save you money. Or you can go to a computer equipment store and describe your movie effects, etc. to them, they will help.
