is it hourly...salary...or is it based off production

Normally it consist of:
Salary+Bonus
but it depends on what is the level you are talking of. Is it the entry level like Sales Executive or management level like marketing manager or regional head. Please be clear

It depends on high up you are in the company. But usually it's a salary plus a bonus based on meeting your numbers.
