talking to you friends but se only stares at me and when I see her by my locker she sometimes loos at me from there

She was also talking to her friendsand lokking at me when she was at the dance and then she whispere into this ones girls ear when we were looking at each other so whats up with that

She probably is interested in you and is giving you a subtle sign. You should walk up to her and make small talk. See where it goes from there. She is probably shy and is hoping that you will make the first move.
Unless she looking at you and pointing/laughing.... then she is probably not that interested, but I think you would know it if she were making fun of you.
