I would look into the reasons why it was added in the first place. Remember that the Bill of Rights is nothing more than the first ten amendments to the Constitution. The original writers felt that it was necessary to make ten changes before ratification or to ensure ratification. Why were these changes put in? That could be a very interesting topic for your project.

If your in Texas, a GOOD project for you would be the 4th Amendment to the Constitution. Texas is the ONLY STATE, where for every Law they have on the books, They have another
one to contridict it. Texas Law amounts to Whoever has the best
B/S. The attorney that has the best B/S WINS! !!!!!!
