Why do people actually think that they should have played in the National Championship or that they should be ranked in the top 5? They had one of the easiest schedules in the league. If they were in the SEC they would be crushed. I'd like to see them play a team like LSU or Florida. It doesn't matter if they were undefeated. They had an easy schedule. No one even knew who Boise was until this year. They suck.

They handled just about everyone with ease. Until they get a fair break from the BCS we will never know how they would do against LSU or Florida. They are the only team to go undefeated.

In case you didn't know, which seems to be the case, Boise State has been turning out good teams for at least the last five years!!! Your precious Florida didn't go undefeated...And just so you know, Boise State did play a team like LSU or Florida...it was a darn good Oklahoma team. Boise State shut down the overrated RB Peterson who only needed 151 yards to set a new record at Oklahoma and he was held to about 75 yards!!! You have to give BSU credit for that. I am sick of all you stuck up people who are too small minded to recognize that BSU is a GREAT TEAM and have been for the last seasons, NOT just this year!!!

Why does it matter that they had an easy schedule.. they beat everyone on their easy schedule just like any other good team would have. Thats the dumbest excuse you people come with. And you didn't know who they were because you didn't pay attention. Boise State Broncos beat five bowl-bound teams during the regular season. Those teams were 4-1 in their bowl games. Plus until last dec. they had the longest home winning streak in the country, and are currently looking to have that again very soon.

So in answer to your "undefeated doest matter" chant.. " easy schedule doenst matter" either, especially when you win them all like your supposed to, handily for the most part!

I agree. The trick plays don't work as well against the speed you find in the SEC, where they'd probably finish third or fourth in the division, behind LSU, Auburn, and Arkansas in the west, or behind Florida, Tennessee, and perhaps Georgia in the East.

They beat Oregon State. Oregon State beat USC (and Missouri). USC beat Michigan. They beat Oklahoma (Big 12 and previously #7) in the best game in a long time. They were the only undefeated team in NCAA. Saying what they would do against an SEC team is pure speculation.

I am and oklahoma fan myself and i still say that they deserve a shot at the national championship.
I understand that they are a mid-major and that they had one of the weakest schedules this season but i dont know anyone who could defend all of those trick plays that they have up their sleeve. I mean, Ohio State sure as hell couldnt stop any trick plays that Florida had to offer.

Boise State is the only division 1A team in the country to go undefeated. They are the real national champions.

Don't confuse people with logic. They're too dumb to look past the record to see that they didn't play anybody until they got to Oklahoma.

They're lucky to be in the top 5.

Why not give them a chance? Who knows, maybe Boise St. would shock Florida like Florida shocked Ohio St.
