What "PLAN" allows it's countries troops to go to the aid of USA in AFGHANISTAN, who shortly withdraws 77% of its own US troops leaving UK troops GROSSLY UNDER-MANNED AND UNDER-RESOURCED?

Can someone clarify such a plan so I can understand please?

Re For.Gump

My point EXACTLY !! I am asking anyone to clarify what sort of "plan" the UK Govt have for the under-manned and under-resourced troops there in AFGHANISTAN when Tony Bliar (sic) fails to uphold his promise made 6th Oct 2006 - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/5414974.stm

UK and Canadian troops...

... but considering the high rate of death by friendly fire when Americans are around, maybe it's a good thing they took off.

no one has a good plan to get out with a win. the best we can do is cut our losses and move on.
