There's very little snow left on the mountains with permanet snow caps (nevados) of the Andes, Alps and other mountain chains. I saw it with my own eyes when I flew back to the states from Colombia (South America) last week. The plane always flies by la "Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta". I had never seen it so bare in my life. Check the documentary "An incovenient truth". It just came out on video....

Weather always has it's cold and warm phases. Some winters will be harsh and some cold, the only difference now is that each year. The cold is less cold and the hot is more hot.

You will still experience snow in winters (when it leaves colorado) but there are too many factors involved to predict what year will snow more than the next.
