i tink i mite have accidently taken a overdose...im going out in a few minutes and had a terrible headache and wanted to feel better so took 5 solphidine and 1 disperine and ive also taken a benlyn tablot for my cold...but now im scared ive taken too much HELLLPP!!!!!!

GEEEEEZ, if you think you have, then call an ambulance. Nothing anyone here can do for you. Yes, you probably did overdose.

You've only had three times the recommended dose, but that's not too bad, you don't need to go to the doctor. Just don't take any more things with paracetamol in them for 24 hours, and don't drink any alcohol for the next 48 hours. And make sure you eat lots of food today to help it through your system.

if you have taken the pills recently you can throw them up if you really think you took too much, if not call poison control. you wont die from it, but if you did overdose you will feel like crap afterwards.

If that is like twice as much as it saids to take for your age/weight class etc. then it could be bad. .
