I am going on a first date and have a red shirt, jeans and brown boots, does this match?

I'm an Interior Decorator and I love the combination of red and tan. Red is a vibrant color, it embodies energy, sensuality and liveliness. While tan is a neutral or earth tone; it is a stabilizer and will ground the red and keep it from being too overbearing. Choose a rich, earthy red and it will compliment it's earthy friend, tan. if the red shirt isn't too bright then yes it matches but i would change the shirt to maybe a color that is a little more calm or you could wear a brown shirt that would match ur boots.

yes, should be fine. do that all the time. but what part is actually tan? the boots? if it is a light brown or khaki type color boot, I would actually probably wear black instead.

I think black boots would go better.....He is probably only interested in getting undressed, so I wouldnt worry too much
