There's a product called "colour catcher" but I don't know the brand name. It's supposed to do exactly want you need to do!
My sisters have used it and say it's brilliant.
Hope you find it.
(just googled "colour catcher" and quite a few came up, see the link).

In supermarkets such as Asda (Walmart if you're in the states) you can buy products such as 'Dye-gon' which will restore garments to their original colours. As far as I know there is a Dye-gon for garments that have a mixture of colours. There are probably a wide range of such products, but you'll have to take a trip to your nearest supermarket and take a look. They should be in the laundry aisle.

Get a product called Zout. Walmart carries it. I had a sweatshirt that had a grease stain that had been washed and dried but this still took out the stain. Make sure to wash it in cold water.
