If he stays, he could have Jeff Fisher's job in a few years, maybe sooner. However, the Arizona head coaching position is open and if he is offered the job I think he will take it. It's a no brainer to have him reunite with Leinart, and his skills are badly needed there to help that O-line continue to develop. I do not think he would take the Raiders or Falcons job, but Pittsburgh and Miami would be tempting. I doubt he will get any offers though, I'm guessing he stays in Tennessee.

Yes unless he can find a headcoaching job. He is an offensive wizard and it would be good to see him receive the accolades he deserves. I would like to see him land the Arizona job.

I think he should go to arizona, because he loves working with Lienhart, and they have a nasty set of receivers down there...if he goes he should make sure he gets a real good defensive coordinator tho
