Hana Kimi, Ouran Highschool Host Club, The Wallflower, Fruits Basket... Sorry that's all i know. I don't read too much romance. The ones i listed are all pretty good though. Gotta love Ouran..

Fruits Basket ~ is my all time favorite
Ouran High School Host Club ~ is good
Peach Girl ~ i havent read the manga, but the anime is good
Absolute Boyfriend ~ my 2nd fav., but the ending made me cry
