So you want to terrorize your brother, wont that be fun. How about being his loving sister and instead love and protect him. Maybe then when you are older he will love and protect you.
I know people who have humiliated and terrorized their brothers and sisters and in the end they both lose as they lose the love of their brother or sister.
I would say leave him alone...really. When your older you will Want the love of your family members.

Firstly to answer your question you could spray shaving foam in his hand then tickle his nose with a feather, he will spread the foam over his face trying to scratch his itch. PS. to the other comment on here you don't have to be gay or Bi to be a tranny many staright guys are cross dressers.
