By twisted ending I mean in the end something happens that totally surprises you, you will never think that would happen. Anyway, here are some of my favorites:

Correction for above:
When I said twisted ending movies, I meant that the very last scene of the movie was twisted not the one before, like in Fight Club or Lucky Number Slevin, good try tho. Also movies like Snatch and Pulp Fiction don't go into this category since the whole movie is twisted, not only the last scence. The Dawn of the Dead night even be considered having a twisted ending since all the survivors finally get to that island, hoping that they are gonna be safe there, when they realize that even that island was full of zombies and that they were pretty much dead, the end.

FYI Se7en has the most gut-wrenching ending in the history of cinema. I have a hard time saying it was good ending because it is so dark and twisted..but it was absolutely brilliant. People can rag on Pitt all they want. He and Morgan Freeman acted that scene perfectly. And I really think that any man in his position would have reacted the same. What do you think? You think Pitt's character would have gone to jail? I think given the circumstance he would have gotten off due to temporary insanity or the police department would have covered it up for him. He would not have gone to jail...and rightfully so as he did not deserve it.

The Usual Suspects and Se7en are way up there. Fight Club definitely has a huge twist in it too.
My personal favorite movie and twisted ending is Memento. I don't know if you've seen it or heard about it, but the entire story is told backwards. It's very confusing but if you pay attention very closely you will catch a twist right up there with The Usual Suspects.
