go somewhere where there will be a lot of attractive girls walking around. Talk to him, and if he keeps looking around and isn't involved in the conversation, then he's looking for something that he considers better (he may like you, but he's open for something better/different)
If he listens to you and is engaged in the conversation, then he's into you (he may still look around a little, most guys will do that, but if he pays attention to you and what you're saying with all the beautiful distractions, then he likes you)

By the way he treats you. If he puts you and your feelings before everything else, then he likes you.
