Mr Clean magic eraser is the best. The office would get cases of paper delivered and would be tossed up against the wall leaving blue marks. The eraser is the only thing that would take it off, do not scrub too hard or you will remove the paint as well. Need to wipe the area when you are done with a general cleaner since there is residual of the eraser left

Target has their brand of the Magic Erasers that are a lot cheaper and work just the same as the more expensive Mr. Clean. I have a housecleaning business and I buy these. They also work great on the shower doors for getting the soap scum off.

i have 2 small children and 2 small nephews.. they love to draw on the walls, and, paint will not cover it... i use 409 and the magic eraser to get it off!! you can even buy "kid-safe" paint at lowe's that "repels" crayon and kids paint.
