Did you know that during sex, women give more energy than men do? and not only that, some claim that men can take energy from a woman who have done sex with him even 7 years before..why is that? I think because you r lucky jerks and God loves you more than us!!!

You may wish to do some reading on the transmuting of sexual energy towards other goals. We all have a certain amount of energy and how we choose to invest that energy determines what kind of life we create.
The attraction of sex and/or "being in love" is that it is the closest many of us get to feeling unconditionally accepted. For many who harbor too much guilt, shame, and self-condemnation the only time their mind is too busy to make them feel bad is when they're "making love".
One reason for choosing abstinence is to feel in control. We may recognize that we are looking to others for self-esteem and that when it is not forthcoming we feel worse than before so some people want to artificially stop that pain by "controlling" their sexual desires.
I believe non-attachment (sometimes called "surrender" is preferable to "being in control". We can be non-attached and sexual or non-attached and abstinent. Whatever works for you at this time works for you. In my view, neither is necessarily "good" or "bad".
I have included a link to some information you may find useful even though that site is more about the opposite of abstinence.

You want to read about tantric yoga and related forms of sexual magic. The only book I have handy at the moment to read off the title is "The Tree of Ecstasy," by Dolores Ashcroft-Nowicki. The publisher is Samuel Weiser, Inc., who publishes a great deal on these sorts of subjects. Their web page is listed below.

There is a book, if you can find it, by Ingo Swann entitled "Psychic Sexuality". Perhaps there's a link from his website. I believe he investigates this area and writes about all kinds of sexual energy subjects.
I've heard that sex is excellent for healing.
I've also heard that the ancients believed that those who abstained were very powerful spiritual entities.

No. Sex is to reproduce and bond. No animals have "sex energy" why should we just because we have big brains?
