Okay..So I got Pink RAZR V3 back around like the 2nd of December or so..And Until today, I've loved it...It's an awesome phone=D..But, today..I went to my videos and I noticed that it wouldn't play the sound..So then, I went to my ringtones and it wouldn't play them either!..So I freaked out thinkin' one of the speakers had gone out or somethin'..But then, I got the home phone and called my RAZR and my ringtone played when I called it...So, does anyone know what's up??...Thanks sooo much if you can help!

Take the battery out, but DONT turn it off by the power button, just clip of the battery cover and while the phone is ON, slip the battery out. What a minute or so, and put the battery back in. And see what happens. If it still does it, hope you got the little phone insurance option, only for the first 30 DAYS you can add it, but the representitive might give you some slack.

what you have to do is go in to your provider and say this isn't working. and if they bs you say well I'm going to switch to this and this network and I'm getting my family and friends to too. or yell at them and make a scene. thats what I had to do for my dads razr [a lot of razrs don't work god my dads on his 5th!]
