I know this is stupid, but I am pissed and bored at the same time, so here it is. I ordered pizza hut delivery and it took 2 hours and 4 phone calls for it to get here. Then the delivery driver tells me that a server went out on deliveries and tried to take my order to someone else, then she brought it back to the store, and he brought it to me. So I call customer service (again) and explain to them what the driver said and how long it took, and all they wanted to give me was an $8 credit!!! WHAT???? Why wouldn't they want to credit me for the whole order after what happened, well apparently that isn't how they work. And what is up with a "customer service" if they don't give a crap? Has anyone else had this problem? It just makes me mad because I worked in pizza for over 10 years and I know better, but man, they don't budge!!! I did finally get credit for the pizza, not for the sides though.......but that was after asking to speak to a manager and going round and round.

I would go on to thier corporate website and see if there is either a contact us button or a snail mail address and write to corporate and explain to them what happened. I bet you that they will take care of you. I do this whenever I have a problem with any store and they always take good care of me.

Good luck. There is nothing worse than bad service, especially as expensive as everything is now-a-days.

There is a website (don't remember where but will look for it) where you can leave complaints about companies. They send it to the company and someone will e-mail you back.
Customer service stinks today and you have every right to get mad.
They should give you credit for the entire order or maybe they give out coupons. By not giving full credit they risk losing a customer and your future business.

Calm down. Just don't order from pizza hut anymore or wait at the store. It may be boring but if you don't want any of this to happen again then just wait.

The same **** happened to me. I was scared to even order from pizza hut again thinking they would know me and do something to my food. I stopped ordering from pizza hut. They lost a loyal customer and I felt like they did not even care.

2 HOURS????? That is unacceptable! Not only should they have credited your entire meal, but you should have gotten free pizza for a week, as a good will gesture. The bad thing is, they didn't even act like they cared. I guess that is what big business is all about now.
