If it's really that small (ie. less than 3 1/2" ) and it worries you, there are operations available, but they leave you with one ugly peter.
The pump won't do any good. Check the web for research results from clinical studies, not the manufacturers.
Sorry you feel inadequate but a loving partner won't care about your penis, just you.
