It changes episode to episode. Sometimes it seems only Brian (and other babies) can understand him, but other times it seems like Lois understands what he says. Obviously there are other times she definetly can't understand him...or she would be much more worried than she is :) I don't think it matters that much...he's just too hilarious!!!

everybody interior the coach can understand Brian communicate. He acts extra like a guy or woman than a dogs (drives a vehicle, dates human ladies, drinks beer, etc). Its not in all probability clean whether everybody can understand Stewie (different than for Brian). Its like each so often they do and each so often its like he cant be heard. yet not something interior the caricature is clever so why attempt to parent it out.

I believe that they can sometimes. Because from time to time Lois will say "Oh Stewie, be nice" or something like that. It's like babytalk...some jibberish with some english words in it.

As a matter of fact yes, but they don't always acknowledge him. In one episode he was the third in the new rat pack with Sinatra Jr. Its sporadic at best, but it happens.
