Your sweet embrace
I'll miss that the most
A tear rolls down my cheek
Who knew saying goodbye could be this painful

My voice seems to choke me
As I say "I'll miss you"
You look at me
Your blue eyes clouded with grief

There's something I've always wanted to tell you
But my voice has ran away
Your gentle gaze says everything
You want to say it too

We linger for a moment
In each other's arms
I will love you forever
I know where my heart belongs

Very nice. Put it to music. The 3rd verse "There's something I've always wanted to tell you" would make a great chorus!
