Your husband's other heirs would have a claim to place those asets in a "constructive" trust to keep you from benefiting from your crime. It doesn't pay to shoot him. Just divorce him, OK?

not sure what money you are talking about, insurance money,not hardly,felons are not entitled to social security, and if it is money in a joint bank account the assets were probably frozen sorry
