I feel the best I have in years. I got divirced 2005 (the process was horrible but the benefits many). My career looks great. I lost weight. The only thing missing is a partner to share time with. I have realized, though, that at this point in my life I am pretty picky - trying not to repeat relational compromises of the past.
I tell people I am an amazing stunning woman. I stop and smell the flowers whenever I can. I don't take life too seriously. I have weeded out some friends and deepened friendships with true friends. I sing in the shower, the car and in stores. I dance all the time. I am wiser.
yea - I am comfortable with who I am right now. Thank you so much for asking.
....and how are you doing? Are you comfortable with who you are right now? SMILE

Honestly, I would not change my life for anyone else's in the world. I love my husband and all 3 of my children more than words can express. And even though I would love to have more money and nicer things, I know far to many people who have all that and are not happy at all. So...I am very comfortable with my life right now and its only going to get better from here.

Hi Greywolf,
It is almost scary how comfortable I am with my life right now. I am happy and very contented. I have a wonderful grown son and a beautiful daughter-in-law. They are both gainfully employed for a reasonable living wage. They live close enough for me to see them about every other day or so but not near enough for me to get sick of them. I love that. I finally have my dream job and I just hired another nurse so in a couple of weeks I won't have to take call anymore. I have been nursing for seventeen plus years and I
am ready to only have to work from 8-5 Monday thru Friday until I get ready to retire. It looks like I might just get my wish. I am completely in love with my man and he is with me. I have a house I love, a basset hound puppy that thinks I am the greatest thing in the world. I think he is too. Yep I would say I am pretty comfortable with my life.

Comfortable? - that's kind of an odd question. I guess you mean at ease with things and content. Yes I'm comfortable with it although not totally otherwise there would be no use in striving for anything. Mostly yes, although I'm sure under all calm and contentment lies some discontent. That's human nature.

Pretty much so.
I would rather that my daughter-in-law wasn't shipping out to Iraq soon but other than that, life is pretty good.
