What program can be added to a mobile phone to identify music played on the radio?

I have heard about some program you can put on your cell phone that lets you hold the phone up to the radio and it will tell you the name of the song and who sings it. Anybody heard of such a thing?

if you're in the uk, then you dial 2580 and it will record for 30 seconds, then hang up and text you the name of the song and the artist. It does charge though
