Just to mention a few...

Color Combination Mistakes:
- Wearing black and brown together.
- Wearing black and navy blue togther.
- Wearing black, brown, and navy blue together.
- Wearing any colors that just don't match.
No matter what piece of clothing is what color, certain colors just can't appear in the same outfit.

Clothing-Type & Combination Mistakes:
- Wearing sock and sandals together. (If socks are worn, why wear sandals?)
- Tennis shoes with dress clothing. (Wear all dress or all athletic attire).
- Tapered pants of any sort (tapered pants can be fine for certain women, however).

Design Mistakes:
- Wearing too many different designs together (stripes, polka dots, etc.)
...because it looks way too messy.

Outfit Modification Mistakes:
- Tucking in t-shirts.
- Tucking in sweaters.

Biggest Perceptive Mistake:
Thinking you look good whether or not you do (but especially when you don't).
- This can often be seen when you frequently look down and admire your new outfit, hoping everyone else notices--do that in the mirror before you leave. Act confidently like it's nothing new, don't keep peeking to reassure yourself.
- Or when doing things to get attention because you think you look good.
- Or when you mention something about what you're wearing so everyone will take a look.

Frequency Mistakes:
- Wearing the same or very similar outfit to often.
- Always wearing a certain shirt with certain pants, or certain shirt with certain jacket.
...Isn't there more clothing to be worn? (Maybe someone does have a very small wardrobe. If so, I'm sorry).

Ok, I guess that's enough for now. I just have a lot of fashion pet peeves.

I hate when people say black matches with everything, because it doesn't.
Black + Royal/dark blue = Giant bruise.
Black + Brown = Simply wrong.
Black + Yellow = Bumble bee.
Black + Orange= Hallowe'en.

I also don't lik Uggs. Yuck. And Daisy Duke shorts. Like really,really short cut offs.

I agree with the Socks & Sandals thing. It's just horrible.

the absolute WORST, unforgivable fashion sin is to wear clothing that is too small for you. If your pants are too short, too tight or that shirt shows too much belly, and none of these styles are "en Vogue"- than you need to change immediately! I would rather see white socks peeking through a pair of well fitting, tailored pants than to see someone's unmentionables falling out of their clothing.

and i have when people are wearing like black shirt, black headband, black belt and then they think they can wear brown shoes.. no, you cant.

also it bothers me when people just dont match at all, this one girl in my homeroom wears like a brown skirt, blue and white striped shirt, black and white polka dotted headband and pink and silver shoes.. does she own a mirror?!
