I don't know if either sell one, but don't waste your money.
They just suck allot of blood into your penis, which leaves as soon as you take it off. You'll only end up damaging the blood vessels inside, thus wrecking your tool.
Don't obsess with size, instead concentrate on technique in both foreplay and intercourse.
It ain't what you got, it's how you use it.

They are available at stores that sell adult porducts. You can't buy them at Wal-Mart or at Kroger or at your local drug store. My personal recommendation is that you do not use such a device. It could cause some damage to your penis.
