Ok, so our first wedding anniversary is coming up and I want to make it really special...however we're kind of on a budget. We only have one whole day and night together before we get our baby boy back from the babysitter...so I want to make it super special. This past year has been stressful. He was deployed. We had our first born 13 weeks early, so he was our miracle. However lately a lot of attention has went into the baby and I want this evening to be about us. Any ideas?

you and i have something in common - military. haha. my husband is currently deployed in iraq and luckily he was able to come home for christmas, new years, our anniversary and his birthday all in one. so . . . lemme think.

if you live somewhere where you both met for the first time, perhaps a re-enactment of your first meeting could be made. you can make your dining room into the resturaunt you first ate together or perhaps you can even - and this one is silly - make your bedroom up as though it was a hotel room (if you guys spent time together in a hotel). we women love sentiments, so i think that creating something for your anniversary should be meaningful for the both of you. perhaps have a picnic outside under a star lit sky (granted, this will be cold, but you will have enough excuse to cuddle with one another and keep eachother warm). you could even stay a night at a hotel - depending on the cost - and just relax. or if you want the low cost version - perhaps spending the entire day in bed could be an idea. breakfast in bed followed by a romp in the sack. fresh rose petals, a hot bath, candles, soft music and maybe even some interesting movies can be used to spice up the night and make it romantic.

We're going to grow to be doing the equal factor. Around our marriage ceremony used to be simply earlier than a hectic time at paintings for either one of us, so wasn't a well time to leave for a few weeks. We had initially deliberate to prolong the honeymoon only a few months, to correct after the busy interval. However, I converted jobs meanwhile, and are not able to take day without work the brand new process after we'd deliberate the behind schedule honeymoon. I will probably be competent to take day without work just a little earlier than our first anniversary, so we now have determined to move then. Better overdue than on no account, I say! It could now not be probably the most usual, however you are most likely now not the one one taking an excessively behind schedule honeymoon. Have a best time!

Go and get a room somewhere with a hot tub. Put bubbles in it. You will have fun.
