Thee's one called "THe Witch's Bible" by Gavin and Yvonne Frost which was later retitled "The Good Witch's Bible" to make it sound less sinister.
It's basically a manual for perverts and pedophiles:

The Stewarts were followers of Alex Sanders, a fake who claimed he had sex with his grandmother at age 7 (eewww!)
Buckland is also a fake. He ran a diploma mill called "The Occult Research Bureau" that gave fake royal titles and degrees until the FBI shut him down.

I believe you are speaking of "A Witches' Bible: The Complete Witches Handbook" by Janet Farrar, Stewart Farrar. You can find it at Amazon.com, Half Price Books and even and Barns and Noble. Another book that would be of interest would be "Buckland's Complete Book Of Witchcraft" by Raymond Buckland. I have both.

Everyone's giving you good information. I'd say more witches *don't* own either the Frost or Farrar books called "bibles" than do. Them calling their books "The Witch's Bible" is like non-fiction books called "The Wine Bible" or "The Barbecue! Bible" (both really exist--I checked amazon.com). More witches are likely to own works by Buckland, Cunningham, or Starhawk.

There is none.
There are books that teach wicca, there are too many in production. But there is no "witch's bible"
You are probably thinking about a witche's "book of shadows", and that is a personal collection of potions, incantations, spells, and plain wisdom. They are collected throught the years, either by sharing wisdom with other witches, or your own experiences. That's how we grow as wtches.
But there is no "Witch's Bible" We don't have a religiouse leader except the celetial powers, and they aren't known to be authors

I assume you mean the work by Janet and Stewart Farrar.
There is no real witches' bible, as we don't have a monocentric belief. There is no pope, no religious leader, etc..
you can obtain their book through this link:

Kallan basicly said what I was going to. Witches don't use or have a "bible" but, most of us have a grimoire, or a book of shadows. A BOS(book of shadows) is a collection of spells, recipes and information.

there isn't one,
there is only one rule and you don't need a big book to write it down,
"Live as you will as long as it harm no other."
(so mote it be)
there are many books expanding the theme written by different people, some good some not.
