You can take one up to 5 days before you miss it. If you are already 8 days late, you can take one now.

it still could be early to tell but do one know just in case if it comes up neg wait a couple more days if still no sign of period then test again if still neg then take a trip to the dr and they will be able to do a blood test and tell you whats happenin good luck hun

this is probably the best time to take the test, its good that u waited for this long and like the others have stated the best time would be to do this is your first pee early in the morning.

I would do a test the first day I missed my period, thena few days after, just to be sure

a lot of home tests can be taken within one to two days late, but take it with first urine in the morning
