Instead of teaching our children that Heather has two mommies and how to put condoms on cucumbers, we should be instructing them in history, math, literature, and civics, etc., as in the Founding Fathers were good men, and that excellence is more important than diversity.

I'm all for teaching history, math, literature, and civics. In fact, as an essential offshoot to both math and civics, let's teach logic and reason. Every citizen in America should know how to identify logical fallacies such as ad hominem attacks, straw man arguments, and appeals to emotion so that they can identify b.s. like yours when they see it.
