Apple has an unique settlement with AT&T to sell the iphone. In return AT&T has to offer apple 40% of its sales. are you able to think of Motorola telling Verizon that they could enable Verizon sell certainly one of their telephones for 40% of their sales. Verizon has already grew to become down the iphone as quickly as for that reason. After 5 years the settlement expires and Apple is loose to sell it with the aid of all human beings. yet in 5 years no person will care with regard to the iphone. quite i'm severe, it will be previous information. Even then Verizon continues to be unlikely to offer away 40% of their sales to Apple just to be allowed to sell something. So no it wont. That and top now the iphone is GSM and Verizon is CDMA. so which you won't be able to even unencumber it to artwork on Verizon. Its like attempting to apply a cable field to %. up satellite tv for pc television. Or is it like attempting to apply a satellite tv for pc dish to %. up cable television? properly it nonetheless won't artwork ever.

Must be some Verizon Wireless user who didn't like the answer, no matter that it's correct:
The iPhone is a GSM phone, and there are no plans to come up w/ a CDMA version anytime soon. Besides, I don't think Apple would like the idea of VZW taking Apple's look and feel and degrading it w/ VZW's generic menu items.
