Friend 1-Destiny's ok, but not a personal favorite. My cousin Debra was almost named Danielle, but I think that's a really pretty name. Hey, how about Debra and Danielle?

Friend 2-Christian and Tristan-Wow. Yeah, cute names. But that's about all. Too close--they rhyme! And Tristan's practically a nickname for Christian. How about making one of the middle names Christian or Tristan, and giving the other one the first name? Christian Roger and Andrew Tristan are so cute!!

Friend 3-I like both names, but I think Ashley is a bit on the "cutesy" side. Otherwise, they work.

Friend 4-My favorite set. Of course, my name is Victoria! But the spelling of Lindsey isn't my favorite. Can you try Lindsay? More feminine. By the way, could you ask your frend to make her daughter Victoria's middle name Heidi? Tell me what she says!

Friend 5-Ok, Courtney, cool, Constance, not so much. I'm not sure, but kids may call her Constant at a young age when she's being bullied. What about Claire? Courtney and Claire--so sweet!

Friend 6- Noel and Nicole too similar. It was even hard to type! Try spelling Noel as Noelle and there's some seperation.

Friend 7- Joshua and Jonathan. Josh and John. Perfect. No complaints.

Friend 8-I like Marcus, but not Maria and Megan. I would replace those two with Marlie and Morgan.

Wish all 8 friends good luck. Do they all know eachother? They'll all have kids around the same time. You're a great friend. You're probably the most popular person you know.

Wow! Thats alot of women pregnant with twins! I like all of the names but Christian and Tristan ending in the "an" sound could become a little confusing for the mom. I know this from experience! All 3 of my boys have names that end in the same sound. I thought it would be kind of cute and everything since they are all boys and close in age. Haha! Now I end up calling each one the wrong name when calling them to dinner or getting on to them, etc... Could be old age sneaking up on me but I like to think it's because of all of the names ending in the same sound! Moving on... Noel and Nicole... that's very nice. Kind of just rolls right off the tongue! Joshua and Jonathan is good also. Really all that matters is the way the parents feel about the names. They will be the ones saying these names many times through out the day!

Destiny and Danielle- I'm not crazy about them, and I personally wouldn't name my twins with the same first letters, but that's just me.

Christian and Tristan- Don't like it! Rhyming names= not good for twins. They will want their own identities.

Amber & Ashley- honestly, I don't like these names. They are so trendy and common. I'm not really into those kind of names, along with Brittany, Jessica etc. Just my opinion.

Lindsey & Victoria- very pretty names! I love Victoria.

Constance & Courtney- again, same first letters, but other than that I still am not crazy about the names.

Noel & Nicole- these are fairly pretty in my opinion. Just a suggestion if she likes Noelle to make it more feminine. However, both spellings are pretty.

Joshua & Johnathan- I don't like Joshua that much, but John is good.

Marcus, Maria & Megan- I love Maria, Megan pretty good, Marcus pretty good.

Hope this helps! Good luck.

When choosing names I like to choose something that will sound good both as a child and as an elderly person. Personally i can't picture an old lady named Destiny. And if its a girl i think it should be spelled Noelle. Noel is a boys name, pronounced differently. Other than that they all sound normal and fine. Not sure if i like rhyming names though so i'm iffy about #2. Oh, and i think Ashley is WAY overused. It seems like everywhere i go i meet someone named Ashley (or Ashleigh).

I have always liked Michaela and Mackenzie for twin girls and Lucas and Logan for twin boys. Though i'm still not sure if Mackenzie and Logan would fit as elderly people names.

#1: Destiny is kind of trashy sounding. Sorry. Just thinking of her future career.

#2: Good god, no rhyming names, especially for boys.

#3: Sounds like a porn title.

#4: Non-offensive. A little upper-crust.

#5: Cute and classy. A pair without being matchy-matchy. I prefer Constanza to Constance.

#6: Also cute. I like Nicola over Nicole.

#7: Fine.

#8: Too obvious with all the M's. Maybe something subtler, like Marcus, Amarna, and Megan.

They are all good names but I think that rhyming the names for twins is bad because they are individuals. I have a set of twin girls and they are like night and day. They start out life having to share everything, I just personally think that even names that start with the same letter aren't right because your name is yours and twins have enough of a complex without knowing their name depended on the fact they were a twin.

8 friends without computers....hmmm. And, 7 having twins ?

Well, here goes.

1. Destiny sounds like a porn name.
2. Shouldn't rhyme.
3. Amber sounds like a porn name. I like Ashley.
4. LOVE this combo.
5. Great combo.
6. No, both mean Christmas-time. Why not Faith, Hope and Joy...(I'm sarcastic).
7. Great combo.
8. Great combo.

Otherwise, give them distinct, separate names. Twins have enough problems.
