it's as correct as can be ...that is, it's the accepted way, to be grammatically correct would make it clumsy... all these bollocks or all this bollock. Just like the startrek intro, splitting an infinitive became the accepted form cos the correct way was too stilted!

As a slang phrase it is correct. Although bollocks as a term for testicles is plural, bollocks as a term for rubbish is singular.
