then ask them about their proffession or job
ask them how their child hood was
ask them about college
ask them about how they chose the job they did
ask them bout their family
ask them about their hobbies and interests
ask them about their favorite book and music etc
ask them about their future dreams and wishes
ask them what was the most important event in your life and why
ask them bout their proudest acheivements

well start out with normal questions
like whats your full name? (including middle name)
How old they are?
Whats there favorite color?
What kinds of food do they like?
What kid of sports do they like? and also what kind of sports do they play if they play a sport
How many brothers and sisters do they have?
Do they have pets and if so how many and what kid.. (ex. dog, cat, fish..etc.)
What are there hobbies?
What do they like to do for fun?
Where were they born?
You know just basic questions that you can think of off the top of your head. Its not that hard.
