Hate is the opposite of Love.
If you can take back love, then you can take back hate, in fact hate is the same as love, just it hasn't be worked into being what it is destined to become.
If you look at it from another angle it is love waiting to happen.

It is a strong word, but you can take it back if you are sincere. It just shouldn't be used casually or carelessly.

It depends.. love is so close to hate...don't you find that most often, you say I hate you to the people you love the most? Like your parents, lover etc.
Because they love you, they forgive you most of the time. But be careful, its hurtful and its easy to say without meaning it. You rarely mean it, unless it's someone who simply hurt you or your loved ones (rapist, murderer, etc..)
