Horizontal Printing of pages is done by changing the paper layout from Portrait to landscape.

Whatever MS document you are talking about, check the Print settings to start with.

on Microsoft.... ? Windows? Excel? Word? Internet Explorer? Need a little more detail.

But I'll guess anyway. Guessing that you have everything turned sideways and want it turned 90 degrees in viewing. Your graphics card might support a setting where you can Right-Click on your desktop, view your graphics setting, and rotate the orientation 90 degrees. Give that a try if that's what you're looking for.
