I don't know about the produst that you are talking about, but I use baking powder and vinegar...i dump a bunch of the powder down the disposal and then add vinegar and let it sit for about 30 minutes...I then come back and rinse with HOT water...always works for me. Good Luck

You can go and buy these round yellow balls from walmart and they clean the garbage disposal but the best way i have found is to cut a lemon in four an run HOT water and put each one down the disposal as its running with the water no only will it clean it but it will make your kitchen smell lemony. If for some reason that doesnt work use white vinigar. Good luck

Orange or lemon rinds can be ground up in the disposal to help with offensive smells. Pouring down some baking soda and running the water with the disposal working might also help get it smelling sweet as opposed to "ew"! These are inexpensive things to try and you can enjoy eating the orange first.

There's a product, by the dishwasher soap, called "Disposer Care" or something like that. It's a little blue box with yellow lettering. Just follow the directions on the box. It works wonders and has a fresh lemony smell.

If you are noticing a bad aroma in the disposal, quarter a lemon and place in the disposal. Run the disposer and keep the water running until cleared out. It will make the kitchen smell nice too.

You can first use egg shells to clean out any lingering debris.
Then you can use baking soda solution which will cleanse and deordorize....make certain you pour a large amount let it first sit in the drain; then later pour so more while running the disposal with cool water

You can get good disposal cleaners at the grocery. I forget what it is called but you use boiling water with it. I also drop about 6 ice cubes in it once per week. It will help knock things loose that may be stuck and will melt away.

i don't know of a commercial product but if you use lemons after you extract the juice and put them down the garbage disposal it produces a very nice aroma.

I run really hot water then turn it off and squirt lemon juice in there. After a minute or so I just run water to flush out the juice. Mine doesn't smell bad any more.

Use a diluted bleach solution and a type of handled scrub brush. I am sorry I have never seen the product you are asking about.
