Well....
As the situation where i live( INDIA ) seems that "people" dont care about others and have forgotten the meaning of HUMANITY... Which no one has really ever thought of resolving!!

If some people do not want to act like humans,we have to re-educate them in the field of humanity.

We dont ignore human rights. May be while playing politics we might tend to forget.. Still there are lot of human right activists in our country.
